Bulletin:  June 28th, 2009   June 21st, 2009

  A Warm Welcome!

To Our Guests: We are glad you chose to worship with us here at Southern Hills Baptist Church. We are honored by your presence and we are praying that your life will be changed by the power and love of God.  If our ministers can be of assistance to you, please don't hesitate to call on us.

Weekly Bible Study: If you want to study God's word more closely, get involved in a Sunday School class.  We meet each Sunday morning at 8:45 am in small group studies.  There is a class for every person, every age!  There are over 80 different classes!!  If you are looking for "just the right class", contact Jeff Leduc @ 682-1636.

The ABC's of the Gospel - Are you ready to follow Jesus as Savior and Lord?
A:  Admit to God the you are a sinner - Repent, turn away from your sin Romans 3:23 & 6:23
B:  Believe that Jesus Christ died for you

John 1:12 & 3:16

C:  Confess that Jesus Christ is Lord of your life

Romans 10:9-10, 13

Pray in your own words like this to God:

Dear God, I know I have sinned and that my sin keeps me from you.  I am sorry for my sin.  Please forgive me.  I believe Jesus died on the cross for me so my sins can be forgiven.  I believe Jesus rose from the dead and is alive.  I ask Jesus to come into my life to be my Savior and Lord. I will obey You and live for You the rest of my life.  Thank you for loving and forgiving me from my sin.  In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.

There is no salvation apart from a personal faith in Jesus Christ as Lord.

If you have made this decision, we would love to hear about it.  Please contact us at 682-1636.

 DINO… “America’s Pianist”

Live In Concert - Next Sunday, July 5th, 6:00 p.m.
Southern Hills Baptist Church - Admission is Free

Dino Kartsonakis is a grand pianist, a stellar entertainer, a caring husband and father, an international television host, a visionary businessman, and a Branson entertainer who specializes in sharing the gospel through his God-given talent. With emotional & spontaneous piano styling and his ability to astound audiences with his showmanship, Dino moves "outside the bounds to keep things interesting" & fans wholeheartedly applaud. Dino strives to communicate the love of Christ through his music reflecting on the scripture, "In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your path." (Proverbs 3:5-6) It's following this advice that Dino credits for delivering him to the point he is today: a servant of God who impacts people's lives through beautiful music with a beautiful message.  (www.dinoplayspiano.com)
